CrackSivakasi — Privacy Policy Version 1 · Effective from the date it is published CrackSivakasi is operated by SpyderAI Technologies Private Limited. This explains what we hold, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. There are two kinds of people in this document: SHOP OWNERS, who run a shop on CrackSivakasi, and CUSTOMERS, who order from a shop's website. 1. IF YOU RUN A SHOP What we hold · Your name, mobile number and email address · Your shop's name, address, contact numbers and the details you publish · Your bank or UPI details, if you choose to show them to your customers · What you do in your shop manager, and when · Your subscription payments Why · To give you an account and let you sign in · To run your website and show what you have published · To take your subscription payment and tell you when it is due · To answer you when you contact us Your mobile number is how you sign in. We send a code to it each time. We do not use it to advertise to you. 2. IF YOU ORDER FROM A SHOP What we hold · Your name and mobile number · The address you gave for delivery, if you gave one · What you ordered, and what it came to · Which language you were reading in, so the shop can reply in it Why · To pass your order to the shop so they can fulfil it · To let the shop contact you about it · To give the shop a record of their own sales Who sees it The shop you ordered from sees your order and your contact details, because they are the ones selling to you and delivering it. We do not sell your details to anybody, and we do not use them to advertise to you. We do not take your payment. You pay the shop directly, by whatever means they have offered. We never see or hold your card, UPI or bank details. 3. WHO ELSE IS INVOLVED We use a small number of companies to run the service. They see only what they need to, and only to do their part: · An SMS provider, to deliver sign-in codes · A hosting provider, to run the website and store its data We do not sell anybody's data to anybody, for any purpose. 4. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT · A shop's data: while the shop is with us, and for ninety days after it closes, then deleted · An order: while the shop is with us, because it is the shop's own business record · Sign-in codes: minutes — they expire and are then unusable Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it. 5. WHAT YOU CAN ASK FOR You can ask us to: · tell you what we hold about you · correct anything that is wrong · delete what we hold, where we are not required to keep it If you are a customer of a shop, ask the shop first — the order is theirs — and we will help if they cannot. Write to us on the number below and we will reply. 6. SECURITY Data is held on servers we rent from a hosting provider, reached over an encrypted connection. Sign-in codes are stored hashed, never in a form anybody can read back. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you. 7. CHILDREN CrackSivakasi is for businesses and their adult customers. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their details. 8. CHANGES If we change this policy we will publish a new version here and in every shop manager. Where the change is significant, we will say so rather than quietly replacing the text.
